The EJOA Conference Auction is a highlight of our annual conference and a meaningful way for members and partners to support the Embraer Jet Operators Association and our ongoing mission to serve and strengthen our community. We invite companies and organizations to donate auction items for the EJOA 2026 Conference Auction. Your contribution helps fund EJOA initiatives while providing valuable marketing exposure to an engaged audience of aviation owners, operators and professionals. Also included is a complimentary foursome at The Strand Golf Club in beautiful Naples, featuring a scenic 27-hole course set among lakes and natural preserves. -DAS Aviation $2,000 Shop Credit Certificate -Phenom 300 Taxi and Landing LED lights Option 1 – Parts and Installation Coverage (EOSC) When the parts are installed at an Embraer Operated Service Center (EOSC) on or before December 31, 2027, coverage applies to both the parts and the installation labor, in accordance with Embraer-approved procedures and applicable warranty or concession terms.
Option 2 – Parts-Only Coverage (EASC)
When the parts are installed at an Embraer Authorized Service Center (EASC) on or before December 31, 2027, coverage is limited to parts only. Installation labor, troubleshooting, and any associated costs are expressly excluded from coverage.
Additional Terms:
Coverage must be exercised on or before December 31, 2027; no extensions will apply.
Coverage is contingent upon installation being performed in full compliance with Embraer maintenance documentation and approved data.
No coverage applies for installations performed outside an EOSC or EASC.
Coverage is non-transferable and subject to Embraer’s standard terms, conditions, and limitations.
