Nashville 2021 EJOA / Embraer Annual Conference

We are looking forward to welcoming you to this year’s EJOA Annual Conference starting Saturday, October 23rd at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville! Please join us at our Welcome Reception beginning Saturday evening at 6:30 in the Magnolia Courtyard. Sunday the 24th will provide a full day of general sessions beginning with our Keynote Speaker, Pete Agur, continuing through a series of informative presentations, followed by multiple breakout sessions where you will be able to engage the day’s speakers directly with your questions. As usual, you will have ample time to visit with our exhibitors (30 of them so far!) during the morning and afternoon breaks as well as during the full lunch period. The day will conclude with our annual banquet (great food!) and live auction (great deals!) for registered EJOA attendees.

We want to advise you that Embraer Services and Support’s annual technical conference, scheduled to commence on Monday morning October 25th, will be different than in recent years. Due to staffing limitations because of US-imposed travel restrictions from Brazil to the US, many of their key technical staff cannot be present. As a result, they have chosen to scale back their portion of the conference on October 25 and 26.

To be clear, our EJOA Annual Conference that precedes the Embraer conference will proceed as planned. Since our individual conferences are planned to be successive, co-located events independent of each other, this will have no negative impact on the EJOA conference itself. To provide you with meaningful engagement from Embraer this year, EJOA will be extending its agenda into Monday morning, October 25th, to provide Embraer with a platform to allow their US-based management and staff the opportunity to still conduct a face-to-face session with all who are present.

Monday’s agenda will begin with breakfast hosted by Embraer, followed by several informative and engaging presentations by Embraer management and staff and will include lunch hosted by Embraer. Exhibits will also be open during meals and breaks, as usual. We will be providing you with an updated agenda for Monday’s sessions soon. Check your emails for further details from Embraer, as well.

Accordingly, the full conference will now conclude on the afternoon of October 25th following lunch. We would suggest that this open time on Monday afternoon will present the opportunity for you to seek out the representatives who are present from Embraer and our Exhibitors for further one-on-one discussions and/or to enjoy time with your fellow owners and operators.
Embraer Jet Operators Association and Embraer Executive Jet Services are teaming up once again this year to present our respective annual conferences back-to-back at the same venue in the same week!
